What Happens at My Tribu
It's a weekday morning. Your baby barefoot on the grass, touching textures for the first time while soft music plays in Spanish. You with a coffee in hand, surrounded by other moms who get it. No screens. No walls. Just open air, purposeful play, and your tribe.

Our Story
My Tribu was born from a friendship between two Miami moms who shared a vision: create a space where babies and families could learn, play, and grow together, in Spanish and English, outdoors, with intention and joy.
Mariela Irala
Co-founder
Born in Argentina, raised in Miami. Mom of two, communicator, creative, and community builder. With a background in TV production, marketing, and US Hispanic media, Mariela has built mom circles and play spaces that bring families together. My Tribu is where her creative passion meets her love for conscious, natural parenting.
Laura Jaramillo
Co-founder
Colombian-born, raised in the United States. Mom of two, psychotherapist, and early childhood educator with over 8 years of experience in child development and guided play. With a background as a preschool teacher, Laura has dedicated her path to understanding and nurturing the bond between children and caregivers. She designs every class with pedagogical intention, ensuring each activity has purpose and joy. She firmly believes that conscious parenting transforms generations, and that the bond is the foundation of all learning. My Tribu is where her calling to accompany, connect, and raise with intention comes to life.

Yes, always. My Tribu is designed for the baby and their caregiver, whether that's mom, dad, grandma, or nanny. That bond is an essential part of the program.
We don't follow milestones here, and we don't compare. Every baby moves at their own pace, and we simply follow along.
Because repetition builds trust. In 8 weeks, your baby knows the songs, trusts the space, and you've found your people.
A maximum of 10 duos. Intentionally small, so it stays intimate and every family feels truly seen.
Guided play is an intentional experience where caregivers and babies share a moment of connection through play. We guide you with activities designed so that, as a team, you can explore, learn, and have fun together. It doesn't just stimulate sensory, cognitive, and motor development, it also strengthens the emotional bond from the very first months of life.
